Shipping Policy
Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days. Shipping charges are based on the merchandise total. We ship using USPS and FedEx.
Standard Shipping within the US & US Territories is free on orders of $130 or more. Orders under $130 are a flat rate of $10.00.
When placing your order, please double check that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including apt. and suite numbers. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
We offer expedited shipping, which can be selected during checkout. Weekend and holiday shipping and/or delivery is not available. Only business days count towards shipping days. The day an order ships does not count as one of the days. For example, if the order is shipped on Tuesday with 2-Day Shipping selected, the order would be delivered on Thursday. If the same order were to ship on Thursday, delivery will be on Monday.
Please note, expedited orders must be received on business days by 1:00 pm Eastern Time to ensure the order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm, on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping is only available for street addresses within the Continental United States.
2-Day FedEx Shipping - Orders over $125 = $15.00
2-Day FedEx Shipping - Orders under $125 = $25.00
Packages refused, returned to sender, or returned as unclaimed will not be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, EXCEPT UK OUTLINED BELOW
We use FedEx for international shipping and average delivery time is 2-11 business days, depending on the service selected. The shipping costs are based on the package's weight, and destination.
FedEx International Connect Plus - estimated 3-5 business days *only available for select destinations
FedEx International Economy - estimated 4-11 business days
FedEx International Priority - estimated 2-3 business days
Please note, we cannot guarantee shipping time or delivery dates on international packages. International packages are subject to governmental inspections when leaving the US and when entering the destination country and we are unable to control how long a shipment may be held for inspections. Shipping time estimates are typically accurate, but are not guaranteed.
Any duties and/or VAT taxes assessed by the destination country is the responsibility of the purchaser. Packages refused, returned to sender, or returned as unclaimed will not be refunded.
UK ORDERS
Simply Tall is registered with HMRC and complaint with the post-Brexit VAT regulations. New regulations are set forth below.
Orders under £135 - All duties, taxes and VAT will be added to the order at the time of purchase, in accordance with the Brexit laws. We then pay the duties and taxes collected to HMRC on your behalf, as required by law.
Orders over £135 - All duties, taxes and VAT are paid directly to HMRC by the purchaser upon import.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order date for USA orders and 45 days for international orders. Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached. We will gladly refund the cost of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot accept returns that are not in new condition or beyond the return time frame. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. If merchandise is received, that is ineligible for return, no refund or credit will be issued.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
Option #1 – Print out a prepaid Return Label (US Customers Only – All others please use Option #2)
We offer 3 options when using the pre-paid label:
- Exchange – Free Prepaid Return label – If the exchange item is not available when your return is received a refund will be issued as outlined below.
- Return for Store Credit – Free Prepaid Return Label – Store Credit is issued in the form of a e-gift card.
- Return for Refund – Prepaid Return Label - $9.00 will be deducted from your refund.

Option #2 – Return on your own
- Complete the return/exchange form and return it with your returned item(s)
- Select your carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx,..etc.) and pay the return postage at the time of shipping.

If you need another copy of the return form, you can print one here.
We cannot accept packages with postage due. Packages refused or returned to sender will be issued a refund less the original shipping charges and the return charges assessed by the carrier.
Once you have shipped your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return reach our warehouse and an additional 3-5 business days for your return and/or exchange to be processed. You will be notified by email when your refund or exchange is complete.
EXCHANGE BY PHONE**
If you would like your exchange sooner, rather than waiting for us to receive your returned item, give us a call for a phone exchange. We can get your new item(s) charged to your credit card and shipped out right away. Your credit card will be charged for your new merchandise, with no additional shipping fee (US customers only). Then send back your return. We will issue a refund to your card when your return is received. We can be reached Mon-Fri from 10-4 EST at 330-856-9633.
**If you do choose to do an exchange by phone, please type “Already Exchanged by Phone” in the exchange information section when generating your return label so you do not receive duplicate items.
Once you have shipped your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and an additional 3-5 days for your return and/or exchange to be processed.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
Return your item(s) as outlined in Option #2 above and place a new order for the new item(s) needed. We will process a refund to your credit card once your return is received. Also, if you paid import duties/taxes on your order, we advise contacting your local custom agency to request a refund of the duties paid.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale items are deeply discounted and Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final Sale items are clearly marked as such in the item's title and the item's description.
SALE & PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We do not make price adjustments on previous sales or resell a returned item at the lower sale price. Sale prices apply only to purchases made during that particular sale period.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at the sole discretion of Simply Tall management.
